Pete Viscardo

Pete Viscardo infuses our organization with a deep commitment to athletic excellence and strategic leadership. An alumnus of Dartmouth College, where he ran varsity track and cross-country, Pete is an elite endurance competitor who has conquered 12 full Ironman events plus multiple marathons and half-distance races.
In his professional life, Pete serves as the Co-Founder and CEO of Marathon Trading, directing firm operations and market risk. He possesses over a quarter-century of expertise in financial derivatives, including a significant ten-year tenure at Susquehanna International Group.
Pete has dedicated years to mentoring youth through baseball and softball programs. His varied success in sport and business defines the core values of Our Team: discipline, readiness, integrity, and collective growth.
Residing in Wayne with his family, Pete is a steadfast advocate for local education and youth development within the GRIT organization.

Head Coach

Jeff Paglione

Jeff arrived at GRIT serving as our Director of Pitching and Head Coach. Before this, he spent 7 seasons mentoring Division 3 college athletes as a specialized Pitching Coach. His tenure at Immaculata University led to 3 consecutive league titles from 2022 to 2024, rewriting the record books for pitching statistics. Over his collegiate career, Jeff developed 2 All-Americans and numerous All-Conference athletes. A 2015 Monmouth University alum, he excelled in Division 1 baseball for 4 years and remains among the top 10 in all-time school appearances. His expertise is a vital asset for our talented Our Team.

Jake Stoller

Head Coach

Jake Stoller contributes a wealth of NCAA playing and instructional expertise to Our Team. Formerly a standout infielder and captain for Felician University, Jake transitioned into coaching at Rosemont College, managing hitters and infield play while directing base running from the third-base box. As a proud Lower Merion alumnus, he utilizes his deep local roots to prioritize athletic growth, mental toughness, and technical proficiency, ensuring our youth athletes reach their maximum potential.

KYLE AVELLINO

Assistant Coach | Catching & Hitting

Kyle brings collegiate playing experience from Washington College to GRIT. As a catching and hitting coach, he works with players on developing strong fundamentals, improving their skills at the plate and behind the plate, and building confidence through consistent, focused training.

JUSTIN SALLADINO

Assistant Coach | Catching

Justin brings high-level collegiate baseball experience to GRIT, including time as a bullpen catcher at Coastal Carolina University. He works closely with GRIT’s catchers, helping develop the fundamentals, preparation, and work ethic required to excel behind the plate.
